Scientist who developed the "black light" that enabled Sandra Knight to fight crime as Phantom Lady.

HISTORY


A scientist and researcher, Professor Davis was set up in a workshop in the home of Senator Henry Knight. His researches into energy sources led to the discovery of the Black Light projector used by the original Phantom Lady and he also assisted Ted Knight in developing the original Gravity Rod and the Ultra-Dynamo later stolen by Dr. Droog.
