HISTORY

The true origin of Adagio remains a mystery. He may be from the future or another world. In his only documented appearance, Adagio arrived in Central City searching for an escaped prisoner. He slowed time in a five block radius while he methodically checked behind each person's right ear for an ID icon. The slowed-time warranted the attention of the Flash and the two had a brief altercation before the true criminal revealed herself. Placing her in stasis, Adaigo vanished with the prisoner and has not been seen again.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

Adiago possesses frame-reference field technology on his belt which enables him to slow time. He also carries stasis cubes to hold prisoners.
