OVERVIEW
The bird-like Adara represents hope, as do the members of the Blue Lantern Corps.
HISTORY
Like the rest of the Entities represented the emotional spectrum, Adara was created when the universe was young, when the first sentient being felt hope. Only very recently has more information been learned about Adara when the blue light was harnessed as the power source of the Blue Lantern Corps by former Guardians of the Universe Ganthet and Sayd.
Following the Blackest Night, Adara appeared on Earth and briefly took possession of Nicole Morrison. Renegade Guardian Krona was soon capturing the entities and sought to create his own personal army from the Green Lantern Corps. He used the Entities to possess the Guardians themselves.
POWERS AND WEAPONS
At a minimum, Adara would appear to have abilities of the Blue Lantern Power Rings, including flight.
