HISTORY

A Navy commander who called on Aquaman to find a submarine leaking radiation, but soon proved to be a cunning villain working for the aliens known as the Annunake. Strom was the one who left Aquaman in the hands of Charybdis, which led to Aquaman losing a hand in battle. He then continuously opposed Aquaman and Aqualad until he was killed by Tiamat, one of his own masters, for being a failure.
