HISTORY
A man who suffered from many allergies, and for whom the summer is living hell, Veezey decided to rid Gotham City of all plant life, and set about spraying the parks with defoliant. Unfortunately for him, he left a clear trail of evidence which the police could follow, and he also aroused the ire of Poison Ivy, who escaped from Arkham Asylum in order to punish him for his misdeeds.
Pursued by the police, Batman and Poison Ivy, Allergent somehow evaded death or capture at any of their hands, but was found by Lock-Up, who incarcerated him. Veezey's cell was next to Charaxes, who set off his allergies just as bad as plant life did. For Veezey, it was a relief to be found by Batman and Robin.
