HISTORY


Heir to the throne of a Norwegian ice kingdom, Ewald was corrupted by the Overmaster, offered a vision of power which led him to murder the king, his own father, and wrest control of the kingdom, even though King Olaf had wanted his daughter, Tora (also known as the Justice League member Ice), to inherit the throne, realising the danger Ewald posed. Ewald took his sister prisoner, and when her colleagues from the Justice League came to rescue her, Ewald was killed when the staff of power he held overloaded.
