Synopsis: - Batman tries to track down the new Black Spider, while Mayor Krol fires Commissioner Gordon and replaces him with his estranged wife Sarah. As Batman prevents Black Spider from killing Black Mask, Gordon brings in notorious criminal Tommy "Mangles" Manchester in a violent fashion, before handing in his badge and quitting the police force entirely. Black Mask escapes, but Black Spider, his pretty face marred by a web of scars, is incarcerated at Blackgate.
