HISTORY
Little is known about the villain Dropded, other than his ability to greatly increase the mass of an object or being. Based on his slang, he may have been imprisoned at some point in his past.
Dropded initially joined forces with a small group of villains, including Whiteout and Polestar led by Doctor Polaris. This group then merged with another, led by Sonar, to increase their numbers in preparation to oppose the Green Lantern Corps of Earth. Though they had the element of surprise in their initial attack, they were forced to retreat.[1]
Seeking additional power, the combined villainous group attempted to recruit Hector Hammond to their ranks. Dropded was part of the small contingent that confronted three Green Lanterns in this endeavor. This time, the ring-wielders were forced to retreat, but the villains couldn't locate Hammond.[2]
In their third confrontation, the assembled villains managed to overcome the Green Lantern Corps of Earth. However, internal dissension ultimately led to their downfall. The group fragmented, and while some villains reappeared later, Dropded has not been seen or heard from since. [3]
