Synopsis: - After two months of training, Green Arrow deems Speedy to be ready for action. She assists him in foiling a bank robbery, bringing down a stretchy supervillain by the name of High-Rise. He then takes her to meet and join the Teen Titans. She is initially reluctant, but after passing some tests (which are not strictly necessary), she feels she has earned her place on the team and looks forward to her time with them.
