Synopsis: - Three weeks ago, the assassin Constantine Drakon was hired to take care of Green Arrow, a job he was very happy to take on. Now, he's in Star City, where Arsenal has discovered a bomb inside a sealed bank, while the other members of 'Team Green' deal with the Duke of Oil outside. They struggle, finding that the indestructible android can control most mechanical devices, including cars and a news helicopter. Green Arrow finally locates a weak spot and brings the android down just in time to avoid a helicopter crash. As soon as this happens, Drakon Constantine releases the doors of the bank, allowing the civilians inside to flee. Arsenal, meanwhile, is attempting to defuse the bomb. The Green Arrows learns of this outside and is shocked to see the bank go up in flames with Arsenal still inside...
