HISTORY
After starting a "successful crime franchise" known as Joe Average and the Average Joes, Joe Average set his sites on expanding into Gotham City. These plans were short-lived as Average had hired a criminal private investigator Nero Nykto, the Night-Eye to investiage Bruce Wayne and Batman, Incorporated. They learned too late that Nykto was indeed the Batman himself.
