OVERVIEW

Maxwell Minor was the mayor of Metropolis at the time of its capture and "bottling" by the Collector of Worlds. Following Superman's defeat of the alien menace and the restoration of the city, Mayor Minor presented Superman with the key to the city. The current mayor of Metropolis is Rob Morrisroe. Minor's status is currently unchronicled.
