HISTORY

Shaa was celebrating her world's summer festival and harvest when she was ensnared in a Khund hunting trip. Every year, the Khund would return to Tharnn to hunt and eat the native Varrgels. Desperate for a savior for her planet, she found an unexpected ally in Dex-Starr, a Red Lantern who was drawn to her world by the sense of rage and vengeance.

Dex-Starr attacked the Khunds, but was initially disgusted by Shaa's inability to fight for her own world. However, once Shaa learned to stand up and defend herself, Dex-Starr deputized her as a Red Lantern. Together, they successfully drove off the Khund hunters.

POWERS AND WEAPONS

As a Red Lantern, Shaa wields a red power ring giving her the capability of flight, survival in space and most dangerously, the ability to spew a napalm-like red plasma from her mouth, which incinerates all it touches.
